The
Delta Controls Model 329 is a very versatile
display and control unit for use with 4-20mA DC loop transmitters. The
unit is microprocessor
based and has full linear factoring capabilities so as to read out in engineering
units. It can also scale and factor the incoming mADC signal and retransmit
it based on different linear units. Dual relay outputs provide alarm or differential
pump control action with field programming. RS232 or RS422 digital communication
with a remote terminal or host computer is available.
The display has 6 digits of extra bright LED's, which are 0.5" high. Programmed variables are retained for 10 years after power has been interrupted. It has a built-in 24 VDC loop supply. It is equipped with a "Memory" for the maximum and for the minimum received signal since the function was last reset to zero. The display can be set up for "Innage" or "Outage". 4-1/2 digits are usable for accuracy.
Basic: 4-20 mADC input; 10 amp @ 240 VAC relays; 1/2" high 6 digit LED adjustable averaging; 40 to 130°F ambient temperature limit (down to -20°F with heater in 4X Hoseproof or Explosionproof housing); Flush panel mounting is basic; The front is 4X sealed and gasketed to the panel face. Outdoor surface mounted housings are optional; accuracy is better than 0.1% of full scale.
